Qwikr ("we", "us") is a local services marketplace based in Kochi, Kerala that connects customers with verified workers. This policy explains what we collect and why.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, password.
- Verification (workers): Aadhaar number, selfie, address proof, skills.
- Booking data: service requested, location, time, price, messages.
- Device data: IP, browser, device type, approximate location.
- Payments: processed via our payment partners; we do not store card numbers.
3. How we use it
To deliver bookings, verify workers, prevent fraud, handle support, send service updates, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Sharing
We share necessary booking details (name, phone, location) between matched customers and workers so the job can happen. We use trusted vendors (hosting, SMS, payments) under confidentiality agreements.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account anytime from your profile, or by writing to support@qwikr.in. We retain limited data for legal and safety reasons (e.g. dispute records).
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, role-based access, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfect — please use a strong password and keep your login private.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can clear them in your browser settings.
8. Children
Qwikr is not intended for users under 18.
