1. Acceptance
By creating an account or booking a service on Qwikr you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. What Qwikr does
Qwikr is a marketplace that connects customers with independent workers in Kochi. We are not the employer of any worker. Workers provide services as independent professionals.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legal contract in India.
4. Account & accuracy
Keep your contact details, location and identity proofs accurate. You are responsible for activity from your account.
5. Bookings & payments
Prices shown are inclusive of platform fees. Payments are released to the worker after the job is marked complete. You may cancel free up to 1 hour before start; later cancellations may carry a fee.
6. Worker obligations
Workers must complete verification, show up on time, perform agreed services professionally, and follow Qwikr's safety and conduct standards.
7. Customer obligations
Customers must provide accurate job details, a safe work environment, and pay the agreed price on completion. Harassment or unsafe conduct will lead to account termination.
8. Refunds & disputes
If a service is not delivered as agreed, raise a dispute within 48 hours from your bookings page. Our team will mediate and refund where appropriate.
9. Prohibited use
No illegal work, no off-platform payments to avoid fees, no contact info abuse, no impersonation, no scraping.
10. Liability
Qwikr facilitates connections. We are not liable for the acts of workers or customers, but we take safety seriously — see our Safety & Trust page. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the platform fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You can close your account anytime from settings.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kochi, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page with the updated date.
